Are you supposed to brush for floss first?

Brush first, floss scond. It is recommended to brush prior to flossing. Brushing first removed the majority of the food particles and some of the plaque. Secondarily flossing, removes food particles and plaque from the hard to get places missed while brushing.

Is it okay to floss and brush once a day?

It is recommended to floss at least 1 time per day. Flossing will removed food particles and plaque in hard to reach places that is left behind when brushing.

Should I floss daily?

The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends flossing at least once per day. Flossing removes food particles and plaque in the hard to reach places between the teeth that is left behind when brushing.

Why is flossing bad for you?

When performed properly, flossing is not bad bad for you.
